Our Standard Operating Procedure
​​ The way we do ruqyah is strictly based on Quran and Hadith references and also ‘تجربة’ (experience/experiments) from the scholars of the past. Any form of ruqyah that is not done in accordance with the Quran, Sunnah and also from past scholars MAY be deviated. If the form of ruqyah contains shirk then it is prohibited in islam and a form of deviation.​
Procedures:
1) Online Consultation
- This is for us to clarify, understand and also provide the custom ruqyah kit
2) Self-Ruqyah with ruqyah kit
- Once the ruqyah kit has been prescribed, users are to perform self ruqyah which will be explained during the consultation
3) Physical Ruqyah Treatment/therapy
- This is the last step and is only required if symptoms or disturbance are getting worst. This will be face to face and clients will only be required to pay for transport fees. (will update in that day itself)​​
We want to eliminate the ideology that only ruqyah practitioners can drive away jinn or bring healing. In reality, all healing comes from the power of Allah. Our goal is to help individuals practice the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. If, after making sincere efforts, disturbances still persist, then we will come and assist with ruqyah.

Purpose of Ruqyah Consultation
The purpose of this consultation is to educate those that are experiencing any forms of disturbance from the unseen and guide them on how they should navigate and combat such instances

When Do i Need to Ruqyah Myself Or My Family?
You should perform ruqyah upon your self or any of your household members if you frequently experience weird and strange instances such as slamming of doors although theres no one around or wind present, hearing laughter or whispers when you are alone, frequent hearing of noises or banging from your ceiling and so on.

Our consultation aims for you to be dependent on Allah without any medium or reliance on amulets or even people. This way you will strengthen yourself and your faith to fend of such disturbance. ​​

Should i book a Ruqyah Consultation?
If you are facing disturbance as mentioned above, we encourage you to do a consultation with us. For just $60 we will provide you with the necessary such as online consultation and ruqyah kit to help you with your current situation. If the situation escalates or worsen, only then we will advise you to go thorough a ruqyah treatment/therapy.

Ruqyah Treatment / Therapy
​​ This is only for those extreme cases where a family member or themselves experience possession ​
or things flying around or clear sightings of the jinn. We will proceed to your home and perform ruqyah to your family or whoever is affected and advise accordingly. This entire process takes about 2h and is free. Clients are required to cover the cost of transport only. This will only be done after consultation and self ruqyah has been done.
Ruqyah Treatment / Therapy or Ruqyah Consultation?
​​ We will always advise clients to do an online consultation. During the consultation we will conduct an interview to understand the situation and advise accordingly. After the consultation, if there is a need for a therapy session, Ustaz Hidayat and Ustaz Syahmi will make an appointment with you.
